PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The Peak Beyond makes interactive smart displays that educate shoppers, collect data, and make retail stores stand out. Our displays collect consumer behavioral data and know-how your customer’s shop, what is important to them, and what is driving a purchase.

The Peak Beyond engaged Triple2 Digital to build 3 separate applications that would allow for an interactive “lift and learn” solution utilizing NFC sensors, touchscreens, and physical products. This provided for a unique way to learn more about physical products and converge the physical and digital world in brick and mortar settings. The solution also provides detailed analytics to shop owners on users buying patterns and behavior thus allowing for more informed decisions. It also allowed for less overhead in terms of salespeople on the floor since the solution is educating users at the digital screen level.

Users were also able to add products to a shopping cart which would then tie directly into the store’s POS (point of sale) system and the products would be waiting for the user at the checkout counter which creates a seamless transaction.
